We used HMS for the installation of a porch lift, stair lifts and ordering wheelchair. The staff was very accommodating and friendly - but thats where the good review stops. We were told that a special lift could be installed in our home to make it accessible by the owner, and their contractor came back weeks later saying that was impossible - meaning our home wouldnt be accessible for my partners discharge date. We ordered a wheelchair and HMS did not put the order in until almost three weeks later, as it got missed. All in all, if you want things done quickly and efficiently - without the added stress of chasing people down - pick a different vendor.
